How your order is fulfilled
August Uncommon Tea products offered through our store's Shopify Collective connection are fulfilled by the supplier and shipped directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Daydream Steeps remains your retailer and point of contact for order questions.
Availability and delivery
Availability is controlled by the supplier and can vary by size. Review the shipping options, charges, and any delivery estimates shown at checkout before ordering. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated. See our Shipping Policy for processing, delays, and delivery problems.
Tracking your tea
When shipment tracking is provided by the supplier, it is shared through our store's shipping notifications. Check the email address used for your order, including the spam folder.
Final sales and problem orders
No change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check your flavor, size, format, ingredients, and quantity before ordering. We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations after an order is placed. This does not limit legally required remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed, delayed, or undelivered goods or other mandatory consumer rights. For a problem order, contact us as soon as possible. Include the order number and provide photos where available. Do not consume a product that appears unsafe or tampered with, and keep its packaging if safe. Contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the appropriate instructions and destination.

Use our contact form or email aidenbb@me.com. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Please do not send card details or passwords. Contact us promptly about address errors; correction after processing or shipping begins may not be possible.
Ingredients and preparation
Read the individual product listing and current package label for ingredients, caffeine information, and brewing directions. Contact us before ordering if important ingredient or allergen information is unclear or inconsistent.
